Wickliffe Lanes Sunday Night Sweeper Tournaments

Wickliffe Lanes is hosting two great tournaments this summer — Junior Scholarship Shoot-out and Summer Scratch Tourney

Junior Scholarship Shoot-out

Date: July 24th
Time: 3:00 p.m.
Cost: $25.00

Bowlers will bowl 3 games across 6 lanes. The field will be cut to the top 8 and then bowl 2 more games. The top 4 bowlers will compete in a stepladder finals.
Cost is $25.00 ($10.00 lineage and $15.00 to scholarship fund).
Scratch tournament-bowlers will receive no handicap.
Bowlers will compete on modified house lane condition.
Bowlers may sign up in advance or sign up the day of the event.
Scholarship prize fund determined by the number of entries.
Wickliffe Lanes to add $50.00 to the Scholarship Prize Fund.

Time: 12:00 p.m.
Cost: $50.00

Multi-Format Scratch Tournament on Viper oil pattern (37’ of oil)
Practice starts at noon, tournament will start at 12:10 pm.
Multi Format-Bowlers will bowl 4 games moving one pair right each game. We will then cut the field in half and bowl two more games. (First place qualifier after 4 games receives a $50.00 bonus.) After the second set we will cut to the top eight bowlers and then compete in a bracket format. #1 seed vs #8 seed, #2 seed vs #7 seed etc. The four winners of the bracket round will then compete in a stepladder finals. Top 4 bowlers will be seeded by total pinfall for the first 7 games.
Brackets, Scratch Jackpot and King of the Set for games 1 thru 4 available.
Tournament open to all bowlers, this is a non-sanctioned event.
Scratch Singles Tournament-bowlers will receive no handicap.
Cost is $50.00 per bowler ($40.00 to prize fund and $10.00 lane fee.)
